count_chars -- Retorna informações sobre os caracteres usados numa string

Descrição

mixed count_chars ( string string [, int mode] )

Conta o número de ocorrências de cada byte-value (0..255) na string e retorna ela de várias maneiras. O parâmetro original Mode por definição 0. A depender do mode count_chars() pode retornar os seguintes:

0 - Um array com um byte-value como chave e a freqüência de cada byte como valor.
1 - mesmo que o 0 mas apenas byte-values com freqüência maior do que 0 são listadas.
2 - mesmo que 0 mas apenas byte-values com freqüência igual a 0 são listadas.
3 - uma string contendo todos os byte-values usados é retornada.
4 - uma string contendo todos os byte-values que não foram usados é retornada.

There were 1 instance(s) of "." in the string.
There were 1 instance(s) of "F" in the string.
There were 2 instance(s) of "T" in the string.
There were 1 instance(s) of "a" in the string.
There were 1 instance(s) of "d" in the string.
There were 1 instance(s) of "e" in the string.
There were 2 instance(s) of "n" in the string.
There were 2 instance(s) of "o" in the string.
There were 1 instance(s) of "s" in the string.
There were 1 instance(s) of "w" in the string.
